Progressive Learning Architecture
Foundation & Assessment
We start by understanding your current systems and identifying automation opportunities specific to your organization. This isn't theoretical work – you'll map real processes from your workplace.
Core Implementation Skills
Build hands-on expertise with the tools and frameworks actually used in Korean financial institutions. We focus on practical skills rather than academic concepts.
Advanced Integration Patterns
Tackle complex scenarios involving legacy systems, regulatory reporting, and cross-departmental workflows. This is where most automation projects get stuck.
Capstone Project & Portfolio
Design and present a comprehensive automation strategy for your organization. You'll graduate with a concrete implementation plan you can actually use.

Questions by Learning Stage
Here are the questions we hear most often, organized by where you are in your decision process.
Before You Enroll
You should be comfortable with Excel formulas and basic database concepts. Most of our students come from finance operations, risk management, or business analysis roles. We don't assume programming experience.
Plan for 8-10 hours weekly: 4 hours in live sessions plus individual project work. Most students find the practical focus makes the time investment feel worthwhile rather than burdensome.
Evening sessions run from 7-9 PM KST on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Weekend office hours are available for project support. Many participants actually apply their learning directly to current work projects.
During the Program
We build catch-up time into the schedule because everyone hits busy periods at work. Instructors offer individual consultation sessions, and you'll have access to all recorded material.
Absolutely. Many students bring real automation challenges from their jobs. This gives you practical experience while solving actual business problems. It's often the most valuable part of the program.
Class sizes are limited to 12 participants. You'll get regular one-on-one feedback on your projects, plus access to instructor office hours for detailed technical guidance.
After Completion
Alumni get access to our quarterly update sessions covering new tools and regulatory changes. You can also join our private community for ongoing technical discussions and job referrals.
Many graduates report taking on more strategic projects at work or moving into automation-focused roles. We don't guarantee specific outcomes, but the skills are increasingly valuable in Korean financial services.
